Renewal Centers offers several methods of payment to make it affordable and convenient to seek therapy services. We offer payment options through insurance, self-pay, and an income-based sliding scale.

Renewal Centers Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to fellow members in our community who are uninsured or underinsured. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and supplements the fee for services for 4-6 sessions.

INSURANCE

Insurance coverage varies by therapist, however we accept most major insurance groups including:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Cigna
  • Tricare
  • United Healthcare

We do not accept AHCCCS plans.

Please check therapist bios or call our friendly office staff to discuss this further because other insurances may be available through alternative carriers.

If using insurance, it is up to you to know your deductible and your copay and acknowledge that you are willing to pay for any charges/co-pays determined by your insurance carrier.  We will file on your behalf at conclusion of each therapy session.  

SELF-PAY

You may pay by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or health saving card.

  • $165/session for professionally licensed Psychologist
  • $150/session for professionally licensed therapists (LPC, LMFT, LISAC, and LCSW)
  • $125/session for associate licensed therapists (LAC, LAMFT, LMSW)
  • Interns (if available) $50/session

SLIDING SCALE

You may pay by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or health saving card.

  • Proof of income required to determine sliding scale fee
  • $75-125/session for associate licensed therapists (LAC, LAMFT, LMSW)
  • Interns may be available at a discounted rate
