Jan is passionate about working with those suffering from trauma and abuse. Prior to earning her Master’s degree, Jan worked in college student ministry and lived for 6 years in the Middle East. Jan’s internship experiences included working at Scottsdale Bible Church Counseling Center and at the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault (SACASA). Her training to date has cultivated a desire to work with those whose lives have been impacted by trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, loss and neglect. She is trained in EMDR and utilizes Mending the Soul (TM) in her practice when helpful.
