Jessica is a Tucson native and has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Jessica specializes in trauma and utilizes other treatment approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), emotional regulation skills, family systems, mindfulness techniques and psychoeducation. She is also proficient in English and Spanish.
Jessica recognizes it is important to have a validating environment to work on the challenges and obstacles we all face in our lives. She believes that therapy should be a safe place for growth and healing and works with her client’s to establish a strong sense of self-awareness, gain insight, and promote healthy intrapersonal relationships.
In addition to her therapy practice, Jessica is in the Air Force working for the Arizona Air National Guard as a Chaplain’s Assistant. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her children and dog.
