Tina Colmenero is a Licensed Associate Counselor and has over fifteen years of experience in counseling in various settings. She’s had the privilege to help those who seek to make positive changes in their lives find meaning within the healing process. She utilizes a CBT, solution focused approach and believes there is no single manner to healing, therefore individually tailoring treatment. She values being approachable and genuine to ensure needs are met in a nonjudgmental and safe space.
When not in the office, she enjoys the outdoors, attending car shows, volunteering, reading, spending time with her family and traveling.
