Yes, many of our counselors accept insurance. We’ll help verify your benefits and explain your options. We also offer affordable self-pay rates for those without insurance. Even a sliding-scale option (please discuss with your counselor)

Our Tucson therapists work with adolescents (age usually 14+), adults, couples, and older adults. We’ll match you with someone experienced in your stage of life.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes. Many clients begin with weekly appointments, but we’ll tailor the schedule to fit your goals and availability.

Your first session is a chance to get to know your therapist and discuss what brought you to counseling. You’ll talk about your goals, concerns, and background in a safe, nonjudgmental space. It’s okay if you’re feeling nervous—our therapists are here to support you and guide the process at your pace.
