About Jacqueline

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already dealing with anxiety, trauma, or a difficult life transition. Jacqueline Lafon is a Licensed Associate Counselor who believes that every person deserves a place where they can feel genuinely heard and understood — without judgment.

Jacqueline holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Her professional background includes working in behavioral health and intensive outpatient settings, including supporting individuals navigating eating disorders — experience that gives her a strong foundation for working with complex emotional and relational challenges.

Her approach is collaborative and culturally sensitive. She meets clients where they are, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs, goals, and background. Jacqueline offers therapy in both English and Spanish, making her services accessible to a broader range of clients and families in the Tucson community.
